Getting in and out of your hammock
To get in, first make sure you have all of your necessities like your phone, sunglasses, book, remote control, and refreshments. This way you won't need to get up after you start relaxing!
Stand next to the hammock, grab each side and spread it out about 4 feet behind you. Gently sit back, testing with part of your weight. Once you are certain you have a safe installation, simply back into the bed. Now just spread out the rest of the hammock body under you and relax!
Getting out of your Mayan hammock
To get out just hang out your legs and stand up. If you need a boost just pull against the hammock for a little extra support
